About Dakota Pallets Inc.

A small-town North Dakota pallet shop with roots in Walhalla and a working production floor in Cavalier.

From Walhalla to Cavalier

North Border Enterprize Started in Walhalla in 2007.

Dakota Pallets Inc. traces back to Rossie Goulet, who created North Border Enterprize in Walhalla, North Dakota in 2007.

Rossie passed the business down to his son Anthony Rossi Goulet. Anthony took over the Cavalier operation and renamed it Dakota Pallets Inc.

Most people do not think much about how their products move from one place to another, only whether they show up. But pallets are how it all happens: bulk shipments, organized loads, and reduced damage in transit.

Today

Anthony Leads the Business Today.

Anthony Rossi Goulet runs the business as CEO. Juan Gaytan is the go-to person when Anthony is away, and Veronica Cerna handles human resources and bookkeeping.

The approach is practical: build #1 pallets with new wood, recondition #2 pallets, recycle usable pallet material, and take care of customers. The shop supplies #1 pallets, #2 reconditioned pallets, recycled pallets, decking boards, custom pallets, pickup, delivery, and firewood.

The production path is straightforward: pallets are checked, broken down on the dismantler when needed, cut to size on the radial arm saw, reconditioned for #1 and #2 pallets or assembled on the RT pallet machine, stacked, and moved by forklift for delivery.

What Drives the Shop

Recondition What Works. Reuse Good Wood. Keep Customers Supplied.

The shop focuses on practical pallet supply: build new when the job calls for it, recondition good pallets, reuse good wood, recycle material that cannot go back into pallets, and keep customers supplied with pallets that fit.
